These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Walk In Miracles LLC ("WIM," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at walkinmiracles.org, consultations, AI implementation services, and any deliverables or automation systems we build on your behalf. By engaging our services or booking any session, you agree to these Terms in full.
Walk In Miracles LLC provides AI strategy, implementation, and operational services for small and service-based businesses. Our current offer suite includes:
Service descriptions, deliverables, and timelines are defined at the time of purchase or in a separate written agreement. WIM reserves the right to adjust its offer suite at any time without notice to the general public.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method for the full amount shown at checkout. For monthly retainers, you authorize recurring charges on your billing cycle date unless you cancel in accordance with Section 4.
All prices are listed in USD. WIM does not store your payment information — all processing is handled by Stripe in accordance with their security standards.
Due to the nature of strategy, consulting, and implementation services, all sales are generally final. Exceptions may be made at WIM's sole discretion in cases of non-delivery. If you have a concern, contact us at hello@walkinmiracles.org within 7 days of your purchase date.
Power Hour sessions that are not attended and not rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time are forfeited. Discovery Calls are complimentary and carry no refund obligation.
Monthly retainer services (AI Revenue Keeper, AI Lead Intelligence) may be cancelled by providing written notice at least 14 days before your next billing date. Notice must be sent to hello@walkinmiracles.org. Cancellations received after the 14-day window will take effect on the following billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued.
You agree to provide accurate information about your business, goals, and technical environment. Timely access to required platforms, credentials, and content is your responsibility. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect delivery timelines without obligating WIM to extend scope.
All frameworks, methodologies, agent architectures, and proprietary systems developed by WIM remain the intellectual property of Walk In Miracles LLC. Custom deliverables built specifically for your business are licensed to you for your own business use upon receipt of full payment. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute WIM-built systems without written permission.
WIM treats all client business information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to deliver your services (e.g., platform integrations you authorize). You agree to treat any proprietary WIM frameworks, pricing, or internal systems shared during our engagement as confidential.
WIM builds and deploys AI-powered systems on your behalf. While we design these systems with care and test them before delivery, AI outputs are not guaranteed to be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content, communications, and decisions before they affect your customers or business operations. WIM is not liable for outcomes resulting from automated systems operating after client approval and handoff.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walk In Miracles LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to WIM in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
WIM reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
